My first visit to EarMaster was a life changing event for me. Paul spent over an hour with me and he is so personable and thorough. I didnt even realize how bad my hearing had become until he fitted me with the most amazing hearing aid. It is so small and practically unnoticeable and after a few minutes I dont even realize Im wearing them, they are that comfortable. I can now hear sounds that I havent heard in so long that I didnt even know I wasnt hearing. When it comes to customer service Paul and Lisa are unbeatable. Paul personally called me two days after fitting me with hearing aids just to check up on how I was doing and how they were working. I could not possible be more happy with the entire experience.

Im going there next time for hearing aids he fixed one for me the plate inside shifted, without sending it off. Then didnt charge me for adjusting it...Big Rave....
