Went there for years not realizing the horrible pain I got once from an injection was a nerve in my face being hit. Kept going back to correct the asymmetry from damage it caused. Spent probably about 10 thousand there. Stopped going there after I was left disfigured twice, first with a drooping eye from botox snd then my mouth from filler. I am now being treated by a facial nerve doctor at Mass Eye and Ear. They are more overpriced than the poshest place in Boston. Dr. Walter is a narcissist with an overblown ego that has already had 2 lawsuits in 15 years: (not me) Save your money and see a plastic surgeon not an ER doctor trying to get rich before he retires.

Dr. Walter is awesome! He understands what YOU want. The team works with you until you are happy. I have been a patient here for 2 1/2 years and they are great. They run specials all the time and they also go back to the community with fund raisers. I highly recommend Medical Aesthetics of New England.

I used to come every other week for treatment for a year. After a year I got laser treatment for my face. I didnt ask this kind of treatment. And also I said this kind of laser I dont want.Anyway they do what they want without my permission and the result was terrible. My face was red and damage 4 months. Now its 2 years and I cant fix it . My skin now very sensitive , red with spots all over my face. When I try to explained that this treatment made big damage for my face they said we cant fix it and we dont want you to come back to here. They give the worst customer service. Or if to be honest they dont know how to treat people and to let them feel good with them mistakes.Sorry to say that but I really dont recommend this place. To charge money everybody knows but to give good customer service no everybody good in that.

Ive been going to Stephanie for about 3 years for Juvaderm injections under my eyes to fill in the deep lines and hollowness that Ive always had and has always made me look really tired. I finally decided at 29 year old to do something about it and I cant believe I didnt do it sooner.Stephanie was really patient with me and answered zillions of my questions about the chemistry of the filler, possible side effects, frequency needed and believability of the end results. I had waited so long to explore this option because I didnt want to risk looking like I had a procedure. She assured me we could start with a conservative amount and build from there. She was SUPER gentle, which was important because Im pretty squeamish when it comes to needles. It didnt hurt at all, mostly just felt weird. The whole procedure only took about 20 minutes and the results were immediate! I didnt bruise at all and felt totally confident going out to dinner after leaving the appointment. The entire staff was really professional and accommodating from the moment I walked through the door to the moment I left. They offered me espresso while I waited on a big comfy couch. It feels more like a spa than a medical office.Highly recommend if youre thinking about under eye injections (they offer free consultations too). I go back approx every 10 months for refresher treatment. Totally worth the money since I spend a lot less on high end concealer now!

I have been going to Medical Aesthetics for 10 years now and am totally pleased with the level of service and understanding and skill that Steph and the rest of their staff have! I certainly dont understand the previous bad review. It might not be a client of theirs as it doesnt sound right to me.

In 2005 I went off birth control pills after being on them for 20 yrs. The changes began immediately, albeit subtly, & compiled over time. Gradual weight gain, bloating, being hot, night sweats, dry skin, easily bruising, dark circles, slow wound healing, catching every cold, insomnia, rosacea-like facial flushing, etc. In 2007 I developed Pre-Menstrual Dysphoric Disorder. Only 2 wks every month was I functional. I went from doctor to doctor, one even telling me that this is what happens to women your age, you just have to learn to live with it. I was only 36…seriously? Eventually, insidious fatigue set in a few years later, a chronic, debilitating, never-ending state of exhaustion. I would get light-headed upon standing, walking up a flight of stairs would cause all my muscles to ache. My weekends were spent comatose on the couch trying to rest, recover, & prepare for the next work wk. The next stage was the loss of my sex drive in 2014, but at this point, I was too tired to even care. In 2016 I found a naturopathic who realized I was hypothyroid & put me on thyroid meds. My energy levels improved a bit, but not much else. Through this doctor, I was finally able to get my hormones tested & they were low. I was introduced to hormone creams & while there was some relief, the delivery method seemed frustratingly inefficient & the results sporadic / inconsistent. In 2018, the rapid decline of my cognitive ability was the final hormonal straw. It felt as if the gears of my once agile mind were rusting shut to a slow screeching metal upon metal. Daily migraines accompanied this mental shut-down & most days I was in the bathroom at work vomiting or fighting back nausea. Trying to learn anything new was grueling, if not impossible. The fatigue also returned. It required EVERY ounce of sheer grit & willpower to get through each work day. However, all that has changed. In the fall of 2018, I saw that Dr. Walter of Medical Aesthetics would be making a presentation on BioTe pellet hormone replacement therapy. I met Jasmine, the kind and knowledgeable office manager, at the expo booth who answered many of my questions prior to Dr. Walter’s seminar. He presented a succinct, logical, well-researched, and refreshing presentation on the benefits of HRT. I immediately made an appointment and had blood work done soon after. I had my pellets inserted by Stephanie, a Clinical Specialist / RN, on 11/30/18. She was approachable, friendly, reviewed my labs with me, and patiently answered all my questions (and she gave me her number in the event I had any more). In about two weeks I began to notice a little more pep in my step. In 3 weeks, my cognitive functions began to increasingly improve. At 5 weeks, I went on my first date in close to 3 years!!! It has been going on 8 weeks now and my daily migraines/nausea are gone, my mental agility has returned, my energy has improved (I can easily run up a flight of stairs without getting dizzy), my mood and sense of well-being has drastically improved (I sing on the way to work in the mornings now instead of cry). My sex drive is returning. My embarrassing intense facial flushing is diminishing. The dark circles under my eyes are fading. Ive also lost over 15 pounds. It has easily fallen off as I now have the energy to go shopping and while at the store, the mental energy to make healthier food choices, the energy to prepare fresh meals, have less of an appetite, and I have been walking my dogs longer each day.The most significant change that I am struggling with is the paradigm shift on how I am now able to view my future. I could never plan, because I would never know how I was going to feel on any particular day. I still keep expecting to wake up and find myself ill again, so accepting the fact that I now can concretely make plans for a different future is a gift beyond measure. I wish I knew of BioTe yrs ago, but I am ever so grateful to have my life back again.
