Didn’t see any alcohol at this location. Nice flower selection but not as large as other stores. Plenty of parking.

I love trader joe’s They carry many of their own brands that are high quality! Customer service is excellent. I couldn’t ask for more.

This is one of the best trader Joes in the area. Plenty of room to walk around in. Shelves filled with yummy products.Very friendly and helpful staff. With quick check-out.Lots of parking .And.... everyone was wearing a mask.I will be back.

I recently purchased swordfish steak and a salmon filet(which I have purchased there before). This seafood was tremendously fresh. The swordfish was fresh and thick so I had to slice it horizontally to make my swordfish piccata. I should have grilled it, too good to sauté. Of course the veggies are great but you have to use them soon as they dont have preservatives .

Good selection, helpful friendly staff, nice store layout. Parking is also good with plenty of nearby available spaces.

I have a very well behaved dog that I take everywhere with me and yes I know dogs arent allowed in most grocery stores but ...come on people! A well-behaved goldendoodle should be allowed anywhere. All the dog lovers would agree. Anyhow... I got kicked out of this store because my dog was being a sweatheart and helping me shop. Store policies need to be changed for well-behaved animals. You should not be allowed to kick a person out for having a calm controlled dog on a harness.

For processed food, TJs is your dream come true. If youre an environmentalist, everything is in plastic and really challenging if you want fresh produce.. but maybe this California chain can reinvent themselves and become more green? The staff are my favorite people - friendly, educated and interesting and make it delightful to shop here. TJs is great for all the basics - oils, canned goods, etc that still come in glass!

This is a really good place to go shopping for, it has a big variety of organic products and let me tell you something they are amazing. It’s near a couple of other places to where you can eat after so overall this place is excellent and the variety of food is huge with just so much stuff to choose from.

My only complaint is that there isnt one closer to home. When Im in the neighborhood we stock up on nuts, cookies (the best store bought), economy sized dark chocolate almond candy bars, frozen ethnic dishes & Masala Simmer Sauce.

Dont get here often but when I do I stalk up on all my favorites. Wonderful choices of food and very friendly and quick checkout. Great place.

A great place to go shopping with a lovely staff.

Normally don’t leave reviews but I love this location. It has been my go to store since moving to Acton years ago. The products are amazing and prices can sometimes be half of Whole Foods. Their employees are always the most knowledgeable welcoming people I know. During Covid they were the only store in the area that took precautions before they were even mandatory. They have always been consistent in following through with their rules, it was the only place I would shop for months until the others got their act together. They do a good job maintaining the amount of people in the store. Surprised at some of the bad comments as I have never seen any of this.

For my first time stepping into a Trader Joes, it was alot better than I had anticipated. The food wasnt as overpriced as I thought it would be. I will definitely be returning to this location

Great store, good quality and a nice selection

Between the last 12 years of living in Acton to now, my family shops at Trader Joe’s once per week. About one mile from MA Rte-2, this grocery store offers many different alternatives for the “go-to” junk food. They also have a big and shared parking lot with other stores.

Like most TJs, very friendly, helpful staff. But less crowded than my Cambridge TJs. It feels as if they allow less customers/sq/min than the City one. So more mellow, less close contact. Been many times and always fees like a good shopping experience given the pandemic.

It was a cute little store. No line tonight which was why I went in to check it out good healthy options & good prices..same organic 3 pack of peppers I buy at a different store for 7.99 was $3 cheaper

The best gluten free bread anywhere. I like their cooking ingredients too. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Its a Trader Joes! Nothing reinvented here but a clean well stocked and well organized location. Staff are super nice and helpful. Smaller location than some but they have a nice mix of their staples and generally able to find some new products that were not their last time. Flower selection is generally awesome. This location does not sell alcohol.

It was very disappointing to go this store the other day. I thought Trader Joes has been a leader in the COVID response but I guess not.This store does NOT wipe the carts down. They do allow people to come in to the store without a mask on. I watched a mother and her teenage children do so.I had an older gentleman who worked there that I heard walking around talking to people in the produce area about buying stuff.He came right up close to me to try and talk to me which seemed to be his job...how unacceptable during this time. How on earth can you say you encourage social distancing when this mans job is to come into your personal space to try and sell you more things. Trader Joes out of all stores too!!I came back as we forgot something for our dinner and there were more people in the store then I have seen in any store since the pandemic. I would say maybe 50 or more people in the tiny store.Beyond disappointed in the way this store is displaying itself during a time like this.

Edy was outstanding, he offered to guard my bike, gave me some mask, very polished kid, he goes far in life with that nice and kind attitude! 👍👍

They are the only local store taking capacity limits seriously. Sometimes I need to wait in line outside for a while, but the payoff is an uncrowded store that is easy to get in and out of quickly and safely. Plus, they are so friendly and helpful, even with masks on.

Many fresh vegetables, and cheeses at a fair price.

Amazing Collection.

Pleasant store with lots of nice food selections. One of my favorite food is Trader Joes Chicken Gyoza Potstickers at $2.99 per bag. It tastes just like family made dumplings. Its already cooked so all you need to do is pan-fry them or heat them in the microwave for a few min. Since I discovered these, I almost stopped making dumplings at home.

I love Trader Joes, but I am so disappointed that they are allowing people in without masks. A woman was in a checkout line (and the checkout lines were long yesterday) with her receipt, cart and a question as she must have already checked out. She stood in line for 5-10 minutes and no employee questioned her at all for not wearing a mask. Beyond disappointing to see people flouting the mask mandate but no enforcement by the staff at all.

I don’t write reviews often but I felt compelled to do so today. I went to Trader Joe’s Acton location today for groceries and was met with a line out the door. For the first time in my life I was happy to stand in a line. There was a greeter at the door wiping down carts as they came and went. He was pleasant and explained why they were asking people to wait outside. (Hopefully no one was questioning this). This store is always clean but today was extra spotless and well stocked. The two employees that assisted me at checkout were so friendly, it was a pleasure to chat. I thanked them for for their essential service and they almost seemed surprised at the gratitude. Please remember to thank anyone who is working and serving you right now. They are leaving their families and the security of their home to make sure YOU can stay safe at home. I’ve always loved TJ’s and they just ensured they have a customer for life. THANK YOU.

I am very impressed with the level of customer service and the steps this Trader Joe’s in Acton is taking to keep seniors safe from COVID.Today I accidentally showed up during senior hour. It was about 10 degrees outside and a TJ’s staff (probably the manager) was outside directing/welcoming customers (checking for masks, etc.). I had an ‘oh no’ moment because I am not a senior and I just made myself leave the house on a cold morning, drove 25 minutes to pick up some of their Tea Tree Shampoo to include with my elderly father-in-law’s Christmas gifts. And I didn’t really have 20 minutes to wait around to be let in, because I needed to get back home for something else.Long story short, instead of letting me in or turning me away empty handed, the TJ’s staff went above and beyond to both help me get the item I wanted and keep the Seniors safe.Way to go, TJ’s. Thank you!

My number one grocery shop. They have observed all Covid19 precaution measures. It’s a safe place to shop. Totally approve . And the cashier checkout service is tip top

Best people, prices, atmosphere

Was not too crowded. Found most of what I was looking for. Apparently frozen garlic naan isnt at three of the Trader Joes that I shop. But Acton is my favorite.

Nice shop but I think carrying one cart is not enough for social distancing. I think four carts attached to a customer’s body would do the trick. No one will be able to jump on you from either side or even from behind.

Today, May 1st 2020, I was shopping at Trader Joes store in Acton, MA, around noon time. After I was waiting for a half an hour in line to get to the store (due to COVID-19 restrictions), I was not found my item I was needed for, the second consecutive week. I was very disappointed..., but I met Jeanette, a crew member, who helped me out finding what I was looking for, for two weeks. I would like to acknowledge and thank Jeanette! What a nice and good feeling! Congratulation Trader Joes Acton team for such a professional, invaluable and caring attitude of your crew members!

Love love love Trader Joe’s, just wish it were closer. Driving to Acton from Westminster is a bit far but Worcester is the only other option. Acton for me seems to be an easier drive. But well worth the trip, every time.

Got very good customer care for a first timer at this particular Trader Joes. I bought many bottles of Alkaline water.

Super friendly staff, good prices, consistently in stock (including Trader Joes seasonal items). Regarding COVID protocols, they only let a certain limit in the store, face masks are required, and shopping carts are wiped down on return.

Ive never been to this location its very clean and well kept and I believe they clean the carriages (im not 100% sure) which is great i dont see many places do this anymore. The workers are all very friendly and all the items are fresh and great quality with a reasonable mix of prices. Some high end prices and some lower prices items a good mix the kettle corn was amazing it didnt last the night. My cashier was the sweetest boy he was very nice he moved at a slower speed but i was not at all bothered he was very friendly and took his time to organize the items. The guy waiting in line behind me said loudly thank God when another cashier opened it was very rude im not sure if the boy heard. I think were all doing the best we can patience is a virtue and kindness is golden so be kind folks and also return your carriages the parking lot is full of them no one brings them back the woman was very surprised and grateful my son brought the carriage back to the proper place it seems to be something most people dont do but hes a great kid just like the nice cashier boy who hopefully didnt hear the rude mans comment. I would recommend this store and I will definitely be back when im in the area

The new store layout is amazing. It is huge for a Trader Joes and has a great selection. I especially love their coffee, ginger cookies, sun butter, butternut squash risotto and frozen pizzas. Friends recommend their frozen tuna. Bring a big freezer bag or two as their frozen selections are great.Their produce doesnt compete with Whole Foods but works for most days. I wish their dairy had more options as I find I need to go to a big box store.

This store expanded in 2019, which makes it lots better for visiting and product content. No wine license at this location. If you are not familiar with TJs, great quality product and great staff to support the store. Alos nice selection of kosher product.

Great products and even better prices. The checkout lines move quickly and you wont be in line too long. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. This is a great place to resupply the refrigerator.

Probably the best grocery store around in North Acton. Found this place two months ago. The staff are the best .. helping us choose the right products by giving us to try them when in doubt. The fruits and vegetables are very fresh but limited in quantity...so during weekends, the best ones are sold out. I wish it were a bigger place. Not very expensive as well so fits right into the budget.

Friendliest most knowledgeable staff of a grocery store every, great products, good pricing on most things. Meats and dairy tad pricey, but worth it for the great quality. Lovely atmosphere as well.

Really surprised how great most of the prices are here. Their Trader Joes brand is an excellent value and have never had quality problems.

The bagger wasnt very kind to my 10yo son when she thought there wasnt enough social distancing. Its a pain waiting in line outside in the cold. Not a very good selection of groceries.

Not as big of a selection as other Trader Joes offer. They lack some regular items during summer that are not typical such as hot chocolate.

Got what I needed. People were very helpful. There was a guy sanitizing each cart.

This is a large Trader Joes with an even bigger selection than the ones I can usually get to. Like all locations Ive ever visited it is clean, well stocked, well priced, filled with fresh produce, and staffed with kind and helpful people.I would not take a star off for it, but some of my favorite items do often turn out to be seasonal or one time products. There is always something else I will love that I can get instead so at worst thats a 1/4 star off. . .

Very busy at 2:30 pm on a Friday. There was a line to get in and they were out of some things, Im guessing due to covid-19 and Thanksgiving

When it comes to service this Trader Joes is the bomb! The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The store manager, Mark is always available to answer questions about the product lines. Great quality food at extremely reasonable prices. They have more non-GMO, kosher and organic options than just about anyone. The cheese section offers terrific choices from around the world that you just cant find anywhere else for the price. Bob, the cheese maven does an outstanding job in this section. The check outs are well covered, courteous and quick.A great place to shop especially since they have just expanded their store.

On the smaller side but still a great store nonetheless. Often stop here to get things I was unable to get at one of the larger grocery stores in town. Always clean and well stocked. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

Dairy products are the best. Good range of organic products. Flower bouquet are reasonably priced($3.99), lowest price and best quality compared to any other store

Our favorite grocery store. Great prices for high quality groceries. The small store also makes it surprisingly easy to shop for everything quickly and efficiently. The one downside is that the parking lot can be super busy at some times.
