Great place with great people! The people at the front desk are so kind and helpful. I have been seeing Dr. Ross since the 7th grade (26 now) and I’ve always had a great experience wether it’s for my glasses, contacts or if I just need advice. This is the place to go!

Thomas was awesome helping my girlfriend pick the perfect pair of glasses. Extremely professional, and polite. He actually cared about how she looked and felt in the frames she was trying to pick out. Thomass attitude and attention to details will make this our only stop when it comes to glasses and sunglasses from now on!

They lie about Care Credit. I was told they accepted Care Credit just to show up and find out that they dont for exams. They allowed me to come in expecting everything to be fine. Waste of time and money I lost out on by not being at work. Better have top notch insurance or forget it. LIARS!!!!

I was in need of a new prescription for contact lenses ASAP because I am traveling outside the country and I put this task behind the burner. I found myself here because I knew they would take walk-ins. I had taken my daughter here before but just for vision test. Definitely convenient for on the go situation. The ladies in the front are helpful when its not busy but for sure is knowledgeable with the products and handling insurance. I do have to comment about the eye doctor, he has some tendencies to not listen and quite frankly, today he pretty much dismissed my on what I have to say. I think I may have bothered him (how I felt) sitting and relaxing. I wanted to ask for tinted / colored contacts but of course I was ignored. He might probably forgotten that I paid out of pocket for his services.

Its either the doctor is very unfriendly or just discriminating because my wife and i went at different times and got the same lousy treatment. He was in a rush and got mad just from asking him to give me a second cos I was making sure the lense he put infront of my eye was working for me. He literally uttered God!!!!! in a manner of impatience and disgust. Ofcourse the prescription was wrong and i had to go back twice to change prescriptions. The people infront are nice but kept adjusting my glasses like i didnt know what seeing well looked like. Bottom line they were not ready to replace a second time or refund my $600. My wifes glasses were also 100% unusable.

This optical department is barricaded with chairs at the entrance making it look like they are closed. The 2 employees that work there are very rude and terribly unfriendly. I gavea second try but was even worse the second time. My recommendation, don’t go there.

Very bad experience. The doctor was rude and not attentive. A lot of back and forth, with front desk and doctor not updating the charts properly. Truthfully I felt discriminated against, if I’m really being honest. Maybe the doctor should retired if he doesn’t like his job anymore. You are dealing with peoples VISION

I highly recommend the Walmart Vision Center! I have been going there for years for my contacts and glasses and they have always been really helpful and friendly.

They will get the job done but they will make you buy things you don’t need without informing your insurance perks amd etc. not a fan

To be completely honest... things here are changing and changing fast. If I was to leave a review 3-5 years ago it would’ve been five stars, but as of this year I have seen bad changes for the 1st time in the 10 years I have been a customer here.This year alone, I had to reorder my glasses twice. First reason due to incorrect information relayed per my prescription and the 3rd due to the incorrect prescription strength in the right lense.I had a horrible experience with the fitment of my glasses, as the women was rude and unattended during the initial fitment and choice of my glasses during purchase.And just now, I ordered my contacts a bit over 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard from them. I call to confirm availability on my order and am told its not in available, and she does not know how to check the status of my order.Get it together!! Rarely do I leave feedback unless it’s warranted for. You guys are on the brink of losing a loyal customer.

This place is amazing, I had a dilemma, my glasses broke and I was getting ready for my high school reunion, I called and they were able to get my glasses done within 20 minutes thank you vision center.
