I gave 3 stars because the receptionist and nurses are always professional. Dr. Speer however is preachie and rude. Took my grandson in today for a persistent cough. The first time I met him I was, well lets just say unimpressed with the holier than thou attitude. He was telling me about drinking and it going the wrong way (again, was here 2 weeks ago). I think I can tell,at 60 , the difference between a cough from a drink going the wrong way and a croup like cough coming from the chest. He got up abruptly and dismissively and said he would get a referral for a pulmonologist and walked out ! I called my daughter as I waited for the referral and the results of the covid test. He came back to the exam room,heard me tell her that he was rude and unprofessional and told me, with a finger pointing at his head, to leave for arguing with him. Now he just proved my point. I will make sure Hes not in the office next time........... I went back last week and saw Dr. LeMasters.(not sure of the spelling.) My grandson has bronchitis !!!!! She was very professional.

This is a great place, I visited the south location yesterday they were very helpful and kind, I love Doctor Sha He is the best very patient and he takes the time to listen to you. Thanks Michelle for been so kindness and also the lady at the front desk was very friendly and professional.

DO NOT GO HERE!! This is the most useless office. I have waited two hours for my son to be seen here. I have had a nurse constantly forget to call me with lab results. The office reaked of cigarettes today which is so unprofessional. After waiting far too long for a shot today for my child I just left. I will be changing my children to another pediatrician asap. Do yourself a favor and just dont. Any place is better than here.

All 3 of my children go to ACMA and we love their doctors. They are super attentive, always listen to us, and we have never waited more than 15 minutes to be called back. If my kids get sick, they always get them in fast. I have nothing but great things to say about them.

This place is absolute trash. Ive been bringing my kids here for 8 years and not a single time has the appointment been on time. Each appointment is at least two hours of waiting to see the doctor for a couple of minutes. Half the time the doctors are inexperienced and you get to leave feeling the problem wasnt addressed. For years my son got ear infections amd dispite me telling them he has to have a certain medicine to actually treat the infection they ignored me. Eventually he ended up getting the medicine I told them to use in the first place but after several more visits. This has caused many birdied car drums and the loss of heading in his left ear. I recently changed insurance and even though I told them was a co pay they said theyre was no co pay. Months later surprise surprise there was a co pay. Ive not paid it until today because it was not my fault and been bring my kids with no problem. When telling them I wasnt going to pay it right now because it isnt my fault they refused service on my kid. Moving to regional instead and would recommend anytime else should too
