Went in for a sinus infection and an ear infection. The doctor just looked in one ear and my mouth then mentioned how red my ear was, mind you Im crying from the pain, she just said Im gonna prescribe you antibiotics she started walking out... no shots, no ear drops, nothing. I had to ask for steroid shots and ended up paying $170 WITH insurance! They sent my prescription to my pharmacy two days ago AND ITS STILL PROCESSING. I understand thats the pharmacist, but so done dealing with this walk in. They saw one patient per hour and were only three other people waiting to be seen. Please go to another walk-in!

Went for sinus infection. Nurse practitioner never looked at ears or throat or my nose. She needs retraining. More interested in lungs with no cough or fever. Was there from 5 pm to 6:30. Yesterday. Plus side was the nurse who took me in.

I went to the walk in clinic for a work injury. I saw David who is a Nurse Practitioner, He was very professional and knowledgeable about my workers compensation injury. He took X-Rays and explained my injury. He place me on medication and I returned to work the same day with some restrictions. I only wish he could do my follow ups. Heather was the X-ray tech and she was very nice. I would definitely request this Nurse Practitioner if I need to go back.

Worked for this facility for a year and the way they run this business is just plain awful . No one has a clue on what they are doing . and they treat patients poorly and gossip so much about the patients . Their providers are god awful have no clue what they are doing . Their HR department is not even an HR . If you try to call to speak to a manger their is no manger . Clinic is basically ran by a bunch of people who aren’t certified . And they also have coworkers that tested postive for covid still work and be around other patients . Can’t wait for them to get bought out by hendrick and actually be ran by someone who knows what they are doing . It takes forever for them to get prescriptions refilled or test results to come back …. Don’t ever work for this faculty they don’t pay their staff enough and treat you poorly .

They put me on hold for over 40 minutes and then refused to give my child a covid test after arguing they didnt take my call when in fact I was still on hold when my step mother called them on her phone. Worst clinical service I have ever experienced in my life. Not very professional on the phone when they got attitude with my step mother over their people putting me on hold that long. I would recommend else where. Some where they have more than 2 employees working

Very poor customer service. Wait time through call desk incredible difficult to get response. After flagging down a attendant, she had a very nasty attitude. I was respectful and kindly told her thank you for her help and left to Dr. J. MUCH better experience.

I ised to work here in mid 2020. I had just graduated from school and I thought it looked pretty nice. BUT I WAS WRONG. It was okay at first. But then I started noticing the little things. How patients wede being treated. Then the confidentiality breaches. I was already thinking about quitting, but then I got into a car crash. I had to wait at the hospital in the city I was in, but before I called my boss my boss called me and when I told her what happened, she fired me and said it was because I wasnt being reliable. Definately dont reccomend as a career or using as a primary physician.

The only good thing about the place is the provider Nurse practitioner and her nurse that see myself and family. The folks in the lab are also great. The rest of the process is long and not user friendly be ready for long waits at check in desk before you get back to your providers office.

Unfortunately Ive been put on hold for a total of 20 minutes. I understand being busy. This is ridiculous maybe they want to see if I will give up or die waiting SMH. I guess I should be greatful there is a hospital across the street. Never had such a bad experience here things must be truly going down the drain

I went to ADC on the December 23rd for a Covid Test. I had spoke to Alexis and she knew that I was in my way. Once there, I checked into an parking spot that had no number(they were full), and Alexis told me it was fine. Once a spot opened up right next to me, i moved over. I sat there another 20 minutes and a car pulled up right beside mine and someone came out and immediately swabbed the lady in the car. Thinking they might’ve gotten me mixed up with someone else, I called and told them what what was going on and I was informed that I was never checked in because I wasn’t in a numbered parking spot. So, once we re-checked in, we sat for another hour and a half before someone came out and pretty much told me that they had swabbed another person that they thought was me. They apologized, immediately swabbed me and was told that they’d called me with my results before they day was over. They never called, and I wouldn’t hear anything back from them since they were closed the 24th and 25th for the holidays. I called on the 26th at noon because no once called me and when I talked to someone they said they mixed up my results and would like me to come in. I had already been swabbed elsewhere at this point and I didn’t need it.It’s been two weeks and I’ve talked to a girl named Jasmine twice. I’ve left multiple voicemails since I last spoke to her and no one from the billing office has told me what the status is on my refund for me paying for a test and results that I never received. I feel like they’re just ignoring me. I was told that those at the clinic aren’t telling the truth as to what happened as well. This has been a frustrating experience and I’ll never go back to ADC ever again.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a walk in clinic. Staff was nice and very upbeat. Made my trip there very comfortable. I don’t have insurance and was pretty nervous for an outrageous bill but it was very reasonable. And I’m pretty sure my visit took no more than 30-40 min. Definitely would recommend this location to anyone.

First time I came here with my kid it was great. Second time, it was HORRIBLE. Their new system never marked my kid as ready to be seen after we checked in, probably wouldve waited longer than 1.5 hours if I didnt get rude, which I hate to do. Oh and it was really great hearing the nurse mock me behind the door

So Im new to Abilene and called around to a few different drs offices and they didnt have any openings until the end of December so I found this place from good ol google. At first I was thinking what the heck am I doing here (it looks like Shopping mall) but as soon as I stepped in line and was greeted by a lovely gal named Kristen all my doubts were erased. I was seen extremely fast. The nurse was very friendly. I was seen by both the physician and the PA. Which both were extremely nice and made me feel like I mattered. Overall I believe this place is amazing. Very quick and friendly staff.

Ill never be so stupid as to go here again. Doctor prescribed antibiotics that cost 20 bucks a pill that I couldnt take due to other health problems. He would have known that if he had only read my medical history that I gave them. Now, 3 months later they billed me six more dollars because they forgot to charge for something. Really? It took that long to find that error?

Arrived at 1:00 pm and after doing first-time patient paperwork, only had to wait about 10 minutes. Intake nurse was very kind and thorough. Then saw Nurse Practioner Lindsey Diaz. Smart, funny, kind, gentle and efficient. Made sure my insurance would cover what we needed to do, then got it done. Had to have an X-ray, which is right there in their building. So much more convenient than scheduling services at an imaging facility. Manny was very friendly and knew his thing. Back to the patient room, given a couple of shots (nurse was good at this too). Checking out was quick and easy. The clinic bills like a primary care doctor so only had to pay my co-pay. Overall very satisfactory visit. Thank you to all who got me feeling much better today! 😀😀

1 only bc I can’t give you a -100. Took my 6 month old in with a yeast infection. Dr prescribed 10 times the amount of antibiotics he should have. If you don’t know, you don’t know, it’s okay to say that! Thankfully we followed up with our pediatrician so he could straighten it out. Don’t ever go here!

It really depends what time you get here. People who had long wait times gave it one star, when it was less busy, people have it 5 stars. Just be smart when it comes to what time you go. Sometimes Ill call before I head up there to get their insight. Its really simple. Once youre in the system, just sign in, youll see a nurse that escorts you to a room. Just like Dr Jays, just be prepared to wait, its gonna happen, ok. Its a walk in clinic. Way better timeliness than just going to the er I know that much!

This place is absolutely terrible! I took My 5 year old daughter in yesterday for a fever of 103.2 and chills. After being seen they determined that she has the flu. Prescribed Tamiflu but never called it in. I called last night and a woman from the office answered the phone and told me that since it was after hours she wouldnt be able to help me out, but then asked if I could hold, Not So sure why? because then I was disconnected.. Now were on to the next day and We have already called and have been to the pharmacy and they still have no prescription from Abilene diagnostic walk in clinic. I called the clinic today and the same woman I spoke with last night answers and then proceeded to act like she couldnt hear what I was saying!! And then I was disconnected again! So I called back 3 more times and was immediatly sent to the answering service and was told by Operater #7 that she couldnt do anything and had no direct line to the office. I called back 2 more times and was sent immediately back to the answering service and same operater. Its Christmas Eve and Im sure they get busy, but my daughter is 5 years old and her fever has only gotten worse and I shouldnt Have to drag her back out in the cold, all the way back to the walk in clinic just to remind their employees how to do their job! I found This place to be the epitiomy of unprofeshionalism! This was not a good experience and we will not be going back.

FIRST OFF LET ME SAY THIS, HAD IT BEEN POSSIBLE I WOULD HAVE GIVEN NO STARS!I checked in a 1025 am on 7 July 2014, my youngest of two daughters had a fever and was vomiting. sat in the waiting room while I watched people enter and leave before my kids were seen. When I asked the receptionist was a total jerk-off, and insisted I was next. saw two other families go before us and my 2 yr old daughter ended up getting sick in the waiting room. She ended up getting sick 4, and yes I really mean 4 times while we were waiting to be seen. We finally got seen at about 1245-1 oclock. We then sat in the exam room for over an hour before my children were seen. My youngest got sick again in the exam room and we notified the staff that she had gotten sick and they said they would come in an mop it up real quick. That never happened. What a shock, right? No, it gets better! After they came back, they ended up giving our daughter a finergan shot to help and gave us the prescriptions for both my 2 yr old and my 4.5 yr old. They admitted to us right then and there that they had messed up an the prescriptions were reversed but it was the same amount for both. Once my wife picked up the meds and got them home, we went to read the servings and realized that they were in FACT NOT the same amount. It showed my 2 yr. old to have a serving 2Xs larger than my 4.5 yr old. When my wife called the clinic to confirm if that was correct or not, the woman who spoke to her was incredibly disrespectful and didnt apologize for the mix up. She coldly told my wife Ya, we mixed it up...have a nice day.I will never go back to this scam clinic ever again. This could have ended badly just by the small mistake on their end. So with a 2 hour wait(when we were promised 30 mins), mixed up meds and disrespectful assholes behind the counter, I wouldnt recommend this place at all. If you care about the health and safety of yourself or your children, DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!
