Rob was my PT and was very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained everything and even showed my husband how to help me improve at home. He was also helpful with referrals to where I needed to go for orthodics and knee brace.Danielle the receptionist greeted me with a smile and was very helpful. The facility was clean and organized and had plenty of space between clients due to Covid.I highly recommend Prayer in Aberdeen, MD.

My husband and I have been going to this particular PT for many years. It does not matter which personnel we have seen, the experience has been phenomenal. They are flexible and communicate well with each other regarding patient care and expectations, so continuity of care is never broken. Could not recommend them more.

Finally found an amazing pediatric PT after searching everywhere for my 10-year-old son, Brooks, who has cerebral palsy and developmental delays. My sons PT - Bryan Merlock - and the team made us feel welcome from day 1 and they really worked on the goals my sons orthopedic surgeon had recommended. From the ladies at the front desk, to the different therapists and assistants, kindness and professionalism were shown throughout each session.Bryan made the sessions fun with obstacle courses and other activities while working on Brooks goals. Bryan allowed me to watch each session and answered any questions I had. Bryan also shared and showed me the different stretches I could do with Brooks at home.I was so thrilled that Drayer has aquatic therapy so that Brooks could continue working on his stretches in a different setting - and he loves the water! Bryan and the PT at aquatics communicated with each other so the aquatic therapist knew exactly what to do.Bryan goes above and beyond his duties in working directly with his patients. When my husband and I traveled overseas for a wedding, Brooks and his brother stayed at their grandparents home in Alabama for a few weeks. Not only did Bryan recommend their sister company that was close to my in-laws home, he also called them to let them know he was sending Brooks their way. His gesture was so kind and thoughtful, and Brooks PT in Alabama did a great job from what my in-laws told me. Bryan made the process seamless so that my son could continue his PT without any interruption and therefore, I was not stressed at all. We are grateful that we had a PT, like Bryan, for our son who truly cares about his patients.Thank you, Bryan, and the rest of the Drayer team for your hard work and dedication to your patients! Although I landed my dream job, we were sad that we had to leave Drayer to move to Western Maryland, but we are so glad that you worked with Brooks during these critical months! I know everyone who is receiving care from you have improved in their health and physical well-being! I highly recommend Drayer PT in Aberdeen! God bless all of you!

Over heard therapist talking about me as I had stopped coming unexpectedly due to having emergency heart surgery. They had no clue why it was I did not return. After surgery I was placed in a rehab center. I was ordered to return after i was able to get around. After hearing them talking about me. i have not returned here. Very unprofessional.

Melanie and Heather are awesome PTs, at Drayer in Aberdeen, Md. They helped me to reach 1/4 of the way home in my overall goal of walking 1700’ in 6 minutes.. Considering where I was 6 weeks ago, not bad for a guy who couldnt even walk because of two swollen legs! Melanie and Heather made a primary care doctor very happy and in the process created a very grateful patient!! Dr. Drake was pleasantly surprised when she saw me in my quarterly visit. I was able to show her I could walk w/o assistance. Dr Drake recognized. a complete metamorphosis in me from several weeks ago. Thank you Melanie and Heather for all the support that you gave me and getting me to the point I’m at now. 6 weeks ago I had no hope, you guys gave me the hope and will power that I needed to succeed.
