Appointment was confirmed via telephone message, check in process was smooth and friendly (too much paperwork for my second visit within a few months, but not the fault of on-site personnel), nurse was courteous, friendly and professional, as was the Nurse Practitioner. Review was timely and efficient; confortable.

I had my first consultation today. I look forward to my sleep study after my Covid shot in a few weeks is working as I am high risk. I found all the staff very nice and professional. There was a patient in there that was very disruptive and the staff was more then patient. I found that level of professionalism admirable.

If it werent for Innovative I would not have my CPAP. This machine has changed my life. When I wake every morning I am not tired. I feel like I had a quality night of sleep. It has been a long time since I have had that. You guys are great. Thank you so very much!!

I have had multiple appointments at the Innovative Sleep Center in Aberdeen, each of which has been wonderful.. They explain everything really well, and are really helpful and patient...

Due to the Covid19 issue, I scheduled a virtual visit for a one year follow up for sleep apnea. I was kept on-line (in the virtual waiting room) for 30 minutes before I called it quits. I called the office several times to see if there was something I was doing wrong, and I was told the Doctor was with another patient. I had other commitments and cancelled the meeting.OK. I know these things happen, but how often is the question. According to the office personnel, I have to complete a yearly follow-up visit in order to keep getting CPAP supplies. I will see how it goes with the next appointment.

I have been very pleased with all my interactions with staff at both the Olympia and Aberdeen offices of the Sleep Center. I have always felt listened to and encouraged while navigating this CPAP experience. Sleep study staff Ben and Diane were great people to work with even when gooping and wiring me. My progress consultation with PA Banks today was interesting, helpful and informative. Its almost a shame I have to wait a whole year to consult again. I would recommend them to anyone having trouble sleeping...

Appointment was for 8 am and didnt see the provide until 8:15. I would understand if the appointment was later in the day, not the first appointment of the day.

Each person that I encountered was pleasant, knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure I understood everything.

My overnight sleep study experience was very pleasant. The young gentleman assigned to prep and watch me for the night was professional, yet very friendly. He really put me at ease, by being gentle and chatting with me. My numerous visits with PA Phyllis has also been a positive experience. Ive brought up several pressure problems with my machine, and sleeping issues, which were all resolved with good suggestions and positive results. The office staff are friendly and professional. My overall experience so far has been very good. I am sleeping so much better. I can definitely feel the difference in how I feel. Im more alert, have more energy, and have a lot less daytime sleepiness. I would definitely recommend that you use them to help you with any sleep related problems you are experiencing.

Had to do 3 different sleep studies. My guy was amazing!! Made me feel at home each time. However, when I went back to pick up my Bipap machine, that visit wasn’t so great. Waited for 45 minutes to get in. After sitting for 30 minutes I got up to make sure my appointment time was correct I was told “she is working on your paperwork right now”. (My appt was at 4:30 in the afternoon) Finally get in I felt as if the gal was in a rush because she “wasn’t supposed to be working today” and she wanted to get out of there. Then today I go in for a ‘follow up appointment’ per my email confirmation ... wait for 30 minutes only to find out it was supposed to be a telephone appointment and I didn’t need to be there. The front office girl didn’t tell me that when I checked in 30 minutes prior so I could go home!! Ugh ... I hope it gets better is all I can say.But BEN ROCKS!!

They called my Dr after I told them I needed to think about getting the sleep study done. And told them I refused, which I did not refuse I just started I needed to think about it and speak to my husband.

Had a zoom phone appointment went very smooth. Saved a lot of time driving and waiting by doing the phone appointment thank you.

Friendly informative staff

It was my first on line office visit and I thought it went well. The text came to connect with the Aberdeen office while I was home in Raymond watching the grandkids. I connected about 10 minutes early and was sent to the virtual waiting room as if I were actually in Aberdeen waiting to see Phylis. She appeared shortly there after and we discussed my medical needs. She resolved my issues with an action plan to have medical supplies sent for further testing. It was nice having the option to have a remote visit.

My nurse made me feel very comfortable she was very nice my room was clean and i felt very safe

I had a re evaluation for use of CPAP. Employee Nathan was kind, respectful, relaxed in his work (which helped with my relaxation) and I slept well. The pillows could be better, or maybe ask the patient to bring theirs.

I dont understand the people here who gave this 2 or 1 stars. When I went there it was a nice experience. I was treated with respect and made to feel as if I was at home. I even was instructed what to do on my very first study there. The worker they had there for the evening was by far epic, If insurances werent covered should have checked about that before entering the building dont blame them for your insurance lying to you. I have to go back and so willing to because it was a wonderful place. If you live in Grays Harbor area why waste the gas because the people on here want to lie to you about going anywhere else.. Check actual facts they say always trust 1 and 2 stars because they are more honest. I dont like to lie to people or the general public of places including medicine. This place deserves more credit then the reviews are saying.. Dont be afraid of them because of people who think they had a bad time. lol.

Everyone is very professional and work hard to provide a good experience. I enjoyed all of the ladies I was in contact with through my visits there.

They have to do online questions for theyre patients I feel so bad for the employees cause its so inconvenient if you have to back up or anything it makes you start all over and do it all over again. But even though it stresses you out the workers are still kind.

Innovative Sleep Centers is great. The folks there are wonderful to deal with. In spite of my deep hatred of medical intervention, Innovative Sleep Centers has worked me through it and my blood pressure has never been better.

Technician pulled so hard on the top of the head gear it bruised my nostrils.My AHI was a bit high and I asked if my machine could be adjusted. I was told that the AHI is within acceptable parameters. Being better than acceptable parameters I guess is not of importance.When I told another technician that I found the same exact machine for $3526.29 less than what they offered theirs for she became very agitated with me. I asked if I can purchase the machine elsewhere and have them be my medical care people. The technician said, Why?. She said if I turn in my machine before I get the new one I would have to sign a form that states I am refusing medical treatment against medical advise. When my husband dropped off the machine he had my new one in hand. The same tech made him sign the form anyway.The machinery is what is of interest, not bettering the future sleep experience.

Kind and friendly, and got the perfect equipment...Im so thankful for this place best sleep Ive ever had and I feel so much healthier now.

Went in for a sleep study, staff was friendly, but the place is a rip off. They told me that i was pre-approved for insurance, what they didnt tell me is that my insurance was only going to cover less than half of the cost of a 1600$ overnight stay, leaving a struggling 26 year old with an 857$ bill that i cant afford. So do yourself a favor and smoke pot to help with sleep, because these people are a scam!

Waited three weeks for an appointment just to have it cancelled four hoursbefore lost 300 bucks in overtime too . Go to Olympia

Staff is extremely friendly, Dr listened to my concerned, was empathetic and provided her suggested best course of action. Everyone was professional and kind to not only me, but everyone they attended to while I was in the waiting room and then making my follow up appointment. Its is a relaxed and calm office experience.
