Wonderful office all around. Caring respectful staff who go out of their way to accommodate patients. They bring back the old doctoring ideas of treating the whole patient for wellness, instead of treating individual items separately. They always give of their time abundantly, Ive never felt rushed. Our family has found a trustworthy family doctor for life, in Dr. Shukla and his wonderful staff.

Knowledgeable and thorough and expressed what he sees. Very friendly and thoughtful. Very good listener and happily wanting to find out what you are experiencing. I would recommend to every one. He took time with us, reiterated what I need to do and his follow up is so helpful.

This office has the rudest, most disrespectful receptionists, who will put you on hold for ten to twenty minutes. My appointment (that was schedule 2 weeks in advance) was canceled by the office with no phone call or notice (due to a “scheduling conflict” and was rescheduled for a time that I needed to be at work. When I had a medical question for the doctor regarding our appointment I was told “the doctor doesn’t have time to call patients” however they are still accepting new patients? Furthermore, A close family member of mine was addicted to pain medications without a diagnosis due to one of their former nurse practicioners. There is only one actual doctor at this office, the others are only nurse practitioners. When I arrived at my appointment the nurse practitioner told me “I don’t really know what I’m doing here so I’m gonna need to ask you a lot of questions”. Very unprofessional; would never recommend to anyone.
