Nice office with toys in the waiting room. Dr. Was honest and gave all information about medications but let me decide what was best for me. Only reason I am giving a 4 star because the office doesnt offer the procedure that I was hoping for but other than that great officr

Spent $500.00 dollars on inserts. They fell apart withing 5 months. I called office to see if there was any type of warranty on inserts. I was told Dr would like to see inserts to see in what way they fell apart. We dropped off inserts and they charged us $100 + dollars for an appointment. I argued that I didnt schedule an appointment and simply wanted to know if there was a warranty on inserts since they fell apart... I was told sorry pay the bill any contact is an appointment...I never would have had them look at them if I knew I would be charged yet another $100 + Dollars....Try a different office if you have an option.

For the most part this place is great. The office has a NO PNONE, CAMERA, BLAH BLAH BLAH policy that the dr tried to pass off as a hippa LAWI was told by the dr that is against the law to even have a cell phone in a medical office and I was insulted when he asked if I had heard of the HIPPA law. As a 20+ year nursing employee at hospitals, nursing homes and so forth I know for a fact that it is NOT illegal to have a cell phone IN a medical office.If its a policy....state it as a policy. But dont try to pass it off as a law.I pulled out my phone to use the calendar to set up a future appointment and apparently that was a HIPPA offense. Smh

Very friendly office staff. I liked Dr. Tronvig. He has a very pleasant manner and explains things well.

Dr. Tronvig was great to deal with Amy the receptionist is wonderful infact all the staff I dealt with were great.

Dr Tronvig is thorough and caring about your health. Share your health issues with him, it might surprise you how other issues MIGHT be the root of your feet problems. He is a truly caring DR.

Dr. Tronvig and staff are just the greatest.

Staff was rude, and made me feel bad and uncomfortable, and was not willing to help at all. I was charged a $35 rescheduling fee, and was still 13 minutes early. 1st overall interaction was so bad I changed podiatrist immediately. Very disapointed because everybody else seems to get good service. Maybe its my age
