I went in and was seen immediately, Sherry Ainsworth is now our primary care giver. She is the absolute best. She takes the time to sit and listen. My husband and I feel so fortunate to have found her.

Quick, friendly, and quality care. I was in and out less than a half hour with a plan on taking care of my sinus infection.

I called to see what the hours were. I was told they would be out to lunch from 12 to 12:30. I show up at 12:45 and the front desk person is just finally coming back from lunch. As soon as I go to the front desk, she tells me its going to be another 30 minutes because the NP is now heading to lunch. What a joke! This is the second time Ive tried going here with the same exact thing happening.

Judy is a very kind & compassionate care giver! She doesn’t discriminate against anyone & for someone to say that is just absurd! I’ve always had great care from her!

Swansons clinic and staff are the best. I am now getting better and back to work because this clinic and pharmacy were open.

I took my best friend in here who has been suffering from extreme anxiety for years. A few weeks ago her daughter died and yesterday she got in a car reck and got whip lash. Now her anxiety is worse than ever and she can’t find a doc in this area that will take her insurance . I suggested going to the urgent care so maybe she could get a couple Xanax until she can be seen by a psychiatrist. The lady who saw her (I think her first name was Judy) showed no compassion. Or that she cared at all. She did not even give a referral to where my friend could find help. She said she could put her on anti depressants which should be offered by a long term provider and not a quick temp solution and anti depressants can take a month to kick in. She refused to give my friend a few anxiety pills. She should of at the very least suggested some psychiatrists or something. Judy needs to come down off her high horse and have a little compassion. Maybe she thinks my friend is a drug seeker or something. And I have a feeling if my friend were white and wealthy she would have treated my friend differently.

This is a nurse practitioner not a Doctor there is only one np and one very snarky assistant. The hustle is this. you come in and pay 79 dollars and she might help you. If you ask to just ask her if shell help her snarky assistant says 79 dollars and we will see. Aberdeen has zero compassion. This is a cherry picking clinic due to lackof workers and ability. cherry picking patients is discrimination

The snarky assistant has no compassion for people that walk in. Already stressed and confused because of insurance ?s I hand my cards to be copied for file as instructed on form....she refused me service. I guess the owner doesnt like cash either. My suggestion.....URGENT CARE ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

I am very impressed and am glad this place is there so I am not having to spend hours in the emergency room or have to wait days to see a doctor when me or my family need non-urgant medical care!

Heidi was great, felt I was well taken care of and given good advice.

My son had to have a physical done and they were really quick to get him in.

Very friendly, fast and efficient. Will be happy when they accept major insurances.

Says its open, its not. Voice recording also did not say they were closed. Simply unable to answer your call at this time.

Went to take my son in to be seen and front desk lady said they closing for lunch and to come back at 12:30. Showed back up just to be told they dont see babies. Could of told me that the first time instead of wasting my time!?

They were attentive
