Absolutely LOVE Dr. Cancino and her office staff.... My parents receive the best care always when they have an appointment.... She is very thorough and an excellent DR. I would recommend this office to ANYONE

Love Dr Sumilang!! Hes been my childrens pediatrician for years!! Doc Sumilang is down to earth, thorough, and takes time to listen to concerns. I have never had an issue with him or his office.

Love Dr. Sumilang! He is the most caring doctor that I have ever met. He takes the time to really talk to the children and get to know them. Went out of my way for years to go to this practice, but the care was well worth it.

Dr Sumilang is great but they don’t know how to schedule appointments. I’m here now and this is the second time I’ve missed my own appointments elsewhere because my daughter needs to be seen. I sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes past my appointment time and now I’m in the room, it’s been 20 minutes and now a full hour past my appointment. This has happened before and I have to pay fees to my doctors for missing my appointments..my appointment was 1 hour and 15 minutes after my daughters last minute appointment. I would of had plenty of time had the doctors office not scheduled for every 15 minutes. Needless to say I’m switching all of my children from this practice..it has gone down hill majorly in the last 5 years alone.

My oldest is 15 next month my second is 12 and son is 2 1/2 months. So I have been with Dr. Sumilang for 15 years really great doctor. I suggest anyone that wants a great doctor go here Dr. Sumilang.

Love both doctors! They both give you their personal cell phone numbers and spend plenty of time with you and remember personal details. My almost ten year old has been going since birth and I’ve driven close to 40 minutes to see him, and I was seeing his wife. Unfortunately, I had to switch doctors because her hours are not convenient and unless it’s first thing in the morning, you have to wait. Like I said, I love them both, but I do NOT care for the staff and how they overbook. It’s not uncommon to have to wait and the staff is unprofessional and sometimes rude. Billing can be a nightmare.

They insisted I owed a $40 copay at time of service which I reluctantly paid. After receiving my exclamation of benefits from my insurance stating that I owed nothing I went to the office to get a refund. They acknowledged that they owed me a refund but would not give it to me until someone returned to work in a few weeks and reviewed my entire account. Why? The doctor is great but not his billing staff. They have also sent a bill to me that was for a patient that is not my child.

Id give Dr. Cancino a 5 star review but the office management is terrible. I spent 25 minutes calling and when I finally got through I spent 10 minutes on hold. They need to do something about customer service!

My kids and I love Dr. Sumilang. They have been going to him for over 15 years. The females at the front desk have a lot to be desired.

My children has been a patient of Dr. Sumilang for over 15 years. He is very professional, nurturing, and very knowledgeable in his field. Most of his Staff is friendly and professional (except for the new girl that I do not care to mention and should NOT represent this office!).As a military Veteran and working professional I highly recommend this office. Thank you Dr Sumilang for the stellar care you have provided my family!!

I love love love Dr. Cancino and Dr. Sumilang. My Children have been going to them since birth. Everyone asks why I drive all the way to Aberdeen when there are numerous Pediatricians in my area, Dr Sumilang gave me his cell and fortunately I have only had to use it twice in 4 years. once on a Sunday at 6pm and the other on a weekday at about 7pm. he answered both times, didnt have to leave a voicemail, he ANSWERED. Anyway, on to a more negative experience. which is nothing on him but his staff, I got a call Friday to confirm my 4mo old daughter appt for Monday. on Monday 9 minutes before her appt (we were already in the parking lot) I get a call saying there was an issue with the insurance. i Squared away the Insurance however it would take some time to process. i spent 2 HOURS in the waiting room Christy, I believe her name was... she is in the billing dept. she was the RUDEST person I have ever spoke with. i will spare the long story however she had an attitude with me and made me feel like i was a loser. she would not let me finish my sentence without interrupting me. accusing me of arguing with her when i was just trying to resolve an insurance issue while my 4mo daughter and 3yo son sit impatiently in the waiting room for 2 hours. worst experience i have had with a professional

Been taking my kids here for years. Doctor Sumilang is the best!

Took them 7 hours to respond to my call only for them to tell me that they wouldnt be able to see my daughter to have stitches removed, literally something that only takes 5 minutes. I will never go to them again.
