Dr Kato is a rare find in a general practice doctor. She is thorough, attentive and very kind. Have appreciated her care for many years.

I’m a disabled senior, check the above reviews another person was HUNG UP ON also BY (KATO, COLETTE M, DO). This appears to be a pattern with KATO’S office. I was just calling because their listing said they were excepting new patients, maybe it was a blessing they hung up on me, I might of got stuck with a doctors Office that treats people like that.

The most compassionate and competent Doctor that Ive ever known, and I used to work in healthcare. She actually listens to you when you talk and you are never a number with her. I hope she never retires :)

I work for UW Medicine. Kato referred one of her patients to us for specialty services. I have never been so impressed by a Primary Care Provider, she followed up on everything. Checked over scans to make sure nothing was missed, and caught something that may have saved her patients life. If I lived anywhere near her clinic I would transfer my care to her.

Staff was rude . I asked if they were accepting new patients. Staff said no and hung up in my face.

If I could change my last post, I would. I called again and they were nice.
