I tried to make an appointment only to be told I would need a referral from my Primary Doctor. My insurance does not require a referral - why would I want the additional expenditure for someone to tell me to see someone else? I would give Zero Stars for Zero service if I could.....

Trying to make a appt is difficult, they want a authorization from my insurance I have it, then a referral from the dr so had that sent again, then she calls and says they want both things sent from my insurance and can’t make a appt until then, I give up it’s to hard, going elsewhere

THEY SIMPLY HANG UP.Guess the reason they work out here. Is because... whatever.Ill drive to Seattle and see some Real Proffesionals. Thanks

Of course the wait time is long which means the doctor is spending the time to explain and talk with you. Dr. May gave me a new lease on life and I couldnt be happier after having both of my knees replaced!I wouldnt go any place else!

I can’t say enough about how appreciative I am of Dr. May and his staff! My world was drastically changed when I fractured my hip and after having a compression plate and screws put in to hold it together, within a couple months I started experiencing sickening pain in my hip. I suffered with this for a year and a half before finally getting sent to see Dr. May. He found one of the screws that had been used for the compression plate had worked itself loose and was digging into the inside of my leg! In April 2011, Dr. May replaced my hip and improved my quality of life 100%! I was no longer in tremendous pain and no longer destined for a wheelchair! Not one person in his office was ever rude or condescending to me at all!! Everyone there has treated me with professional respect!Yes, there have been a few delays in getting called back to see the doctor; however, I experience the same thing at my primary caregivers clinic. And never has it been so terrible that I refused to go back!Just recently there has been talk that I may need a knee replacement and I can honestly say I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else but to Dr. May and Harbor Orthpedic!!! Dr. May is my hero!

This place is a joke. If the 30 minutes PLUS wait time past your appointment doesnt drive you away (every time over the course of 4 appts in 2 months 1 week), the rude receptionist who has no common sense or interpersonal skills AT ALL...altho the nurses who are so clueless might. If you make it to Dr May, the ONLY positive part of the experience. How it stays operating is a complete mystery. If you get a referral to here, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! ❌❌

My kid is being treated like a hot potato by our primary office and this guy. 8 weeks of my kid being in pain and this doctor is irritated because someone ordered an MRI. Because someone tried doing something and that wasnt on his authority. He would ask me a question and REPEATEDLY interrupt me. He kept saying he isnt a primary and talking in a very condescending tone. In fact I dont think he collected any information from us. It was another wasted visit. I would also ding them for being late, but that seems to be the new norm. Wont be back, even for a different family member.

They were very RUDE to my mother who shattered her leg from falling and after receiving a referreral from the primary doctor they refused to see her because of $57 she owed for a different doctor months ago..i dont recommend anybody go to this doctor.
