Front desk needs replaced. Wont be going back. My profile was in the system from the last visit, had insurance card and multiple things with my name on it but was refused service because I dont have ID and will take a few months to get back. You expect this serious medical issue to wait months? Was offered no alternative yet Patient First saw me without ID no problem prior to here.

I just want to say the staff is great. The Doctor is attentive to my moms needs. Get quick response/appointment when needed. I just want to thank them because between my moms fall and the Covid virus I have been a pain to them and they have been awesome. So a great big thank you!👍👍

Can never get through on the phone, Ive been calling every other day for a month and either its busy, no answer, get hung up on, or leave messages that no one EVER returns!

Its an average place. But on another note, I have reason to believe that one of the girls at the front desk conveniently forgets to ask for copays, inorder to shortchange the drawer.

Horrible response to get refils

Past visit this week to Dr. Mrowiec was like the many I have had over the past numerous years. It was very thorough, comprehensive and comfortable. The people working there are knowledgeable as well as very friendly! Keep up the good work and thanks for taking care of me.

Dr. Mrowiec is terrific and is a very caring doctor. Awesome staff and very responsive. Great pharmacy on site too

Have been at Aberdeen Family Health for many years now and I must say they WERE fantastic. However since moving into their new office and expanding their staff it is the most terrible place now. The staff is beyond rude, its damn near impossible to get anyone to answer the phone and if you are lucky enough to get through you are put on hold for 10 min or longer, if you are not hung up on. The Doctors that were once so thorough and caring now rush you out of there ( after sitting with some student on a computer asking about things from 20+ years ago or asking info that the last student asked you the month before that takes an hour and is totally unnecessary). The Doctors now seem to want refer you to other Doctors because they dont feel like dealing with your issues because they are in too much of a hurry to get you out of their office and bring the next patient in. This office and its staff have lost the compassion and understanding they once had. The patient no longer comes first at all and after 25+ years of dealing with Aberdeen Family Practice we are considering a move to a new Doctor.

Been here two days in a row, because of my kiddos and blood work. And I couldnt be happier. Fast and friendly staff. And the doctors are friendly too. The great thing is they can do lab work there. So no making a second trip unless the lab lady isnt there. Just make sure to call ahead to see if she is in. Parking is free, they have a bathroom, a water tank for drinks, a bunch of seats with nice spacing between all and reading material. Down side is there are no toys or coloring books to keep kids occupied while filling out paperwork or waiting. So bring something with you just in case. Their new location is near the Dollar Tree in the same plaza.

Always have a spot for me, straight forward no guessing games..knows his stuff.

I’ve been going here more than a year. The staff I feel great, The doctor here listens and answers questions, he is a straight shooter. I like a doctor with no BS. If you want to doctor that’s going to play around with you Aberdeen family practice Is not the place for you.

This office is the most horrible ppl I’ve ever been doctor needs to retire. I don’t understand why I have to be seen in order to get a refill for my blood pressure meds this crazy currently look for a new doctor

The best healthcare provider in the area. My family trusts his advice implicitly. A true healer. He keeps up with the latest developments. I dont think he spends much time golfing or reading the stock market.

Dr. Mrowiec has been my dr. for almost 16yrs. and I just think hes the best! Over the years I saw how Dr. Mrowiec truly cares about his patients and always kept a great staff. My husband had to wait a half hour past his appointment time both times he had appts. He always arrives at least 10 minutes early so it makes for a long wait.

I love this crew. I have been seeing Dr. Mroweic over 8 years. He has seen me thru being widowed to lung cancer and works in parallel with all my specialists well. He listens to and respects the patient. I dont understand how the patients complaining here can be so angry to slandor him so, his demeanor is kind and gentle. He has excellent bedside manor and never rushes his patients, i.e. is generous with his time. He took excellent care of my late wife and of me since those dark days. How many doctors give out their personal cell phone number for emergency use? This is an outstanding office and he holds his crew to high standards. At least that has been my personal experience with him for over 8 years. Now, if I were disrespectful to them, I dunno how that would unfold, but I have gone in there pretty grumpy and they tolerated me well then. But if I were to be critical, I could cite one aggravating thing, when they get busy, and you call on the phone, you get put on long holds. There are a fair amount of personnel manning the front desk, but I suppose they make patients in the office a priority. Still a loooong hold is aggravating. Otherwise... I LOVE These guys.

Dr. Mrowiec has been my primary care physician for over 10 years and I cannot say enough about what a tremendous asset he is to the medical community here in Harford County, Maryland. In the time that I have been his patient he has always been focused on ensuring that my medical needs were met from regular checkups of my bloodwork to a scary kidney infection and all the common colds in between. Dr. Mrowiec treats his patients with the utmost respect and is so knowledgeable. I am the type of patient that always asks lots of questions and wants to know the causes for whatever is ailing me and Dr. Mrowiec has always taken the time to be sure my questions and concerns are answered and I leave his office with a clear picture of what to do or how I can improve my health. His care and genuine concern for his patients is the number one reason that I have remained a loyal patient. He offers later hours on a Tuesdays which is also great, as sometimes it’s difficult to take time away from work for an appointment. Another great perk of his practice is that he offers bloodwork to be taken in house. If you are looking for a caring, compassionate and highly skilled physician look no further, Dr. Mrowiec is fantastic.

Disorganized. Rude staff. Long wait time. I wouldnt waste my time there ever again. When I tried to return their call I was put on hold aka hung up on. I would 0 stars if I could.

He is a very good doctor he helps me keep my pressure down with the meds he gives me

Ive been seeing Dr Mroweic for a good 10yrs. The man knows what hes doing, and does his best to treat the problem. He may give constructive criticism once in a while, but Id rather hear the truth up front rather than candy-coat it..... some people cant handle the truth and get mad or butt-hurt. Dr Mroweic cares about his patients enough to ask questions concerning homelife, work, dietary, or even hobbies to help come up with a diagnosis or recommend something that would positively impact your individual situation. The staff is cool and layed back also. I give the good doctor 5 stars!!!

I started coming to Dr.Mrowiec because my primary care physician moved to a different county so I decided to make a appointment with my bfs doctor and im glad that I did make a appointment with Dr.Mrowiecs office they are a really great groups of medical staff. They actually care about their patients

7/2020Edit fo updateI switched health insurance to Kaiser Permanente (KP) this year and only use KP doctors now. I would not go back to Dr. Mrowiecs practice after having a much better experience with the new place.11/7/18 Edit and Update:I have decided to stay with Dr. Mrowiec and stick with him and not Dr. Kerri. Dr. Mrowiec is a good doctor and hes been treating me for a few years now.9/18Ive been a patient of Dr Mrowiecs for a few years and I dont know whats has changed but I arrived 8 minutes late for a physical exam with Dr. Kerri (a new physician) and the front receptionist told me she had gone home for the day since I was late. My appointment was for 4:15pm and it was 4:23pm. I asked to speak with Dr Kerri today and she told me that she was actually in her office, and the receptionist had told her I was about 15 minutes late. So they lied to me that she had left, they lied to her about how late I was, or, theyre all just totally screwed up. I asked where is the policy on time and Dr Kerri said, its not on the wall because Dr Mrowiec doesnt want anything in the wall. What the hell??Now I have to find a new practice because theyre so screwed up!!

Beginning I was reluctant of Dr. Mrowiec due to the fact of coming from an incredible Dr that moved from her practice..So I decided I would give Dr. Andrew a chance. Must be the best decision I have ever made!!. Dr. LISTENS to my concerns and treats me as I am his only patient..and as he is addressing my issues..(any many times takes enormous amount of time)...I know he will do the same for each and every patient he has!!. I NEVER complain if I must wait!!. He is (1) MAN and not God but I am a Cancer Survivor and will say with all sincerity...I have MANY MANY DRS and with that being said..i think Dr. Mrowiec is on that pedestal of great Drs and a wonderful man!!.With all my issues Dr. Mrowiec leaves NO stone unturned and I am so APPRECIATIVE of his KNOWLEDGE and the time he takes for me!!!. Thank You Dr. Mrowiec!!.

He is a money racket. For people that are on no they meds he makes them come in every month for refills. I have been fighting for almost a year to get my husbands meds thru mail order which his ins. Requires...every month I have to call ins to get over rides for his diabetic medications so i can get them filled at pharmacy

I had a appointment at 1 pm its 1:40 and I havent been seen I am walking out this is the third time this has happened
