Clare does beautiful work on lashes. She always has a smile and is very friendly. I love how full the lashes look after my appointment.Kynda does my hair and she listens to what you want, gives you suggestions on what you can do, and does a fabulous job. I love what she did with my hair.Ever one that works at Studio II are friendly and smiling. The salon itself is beautiful and relaxing.

Dont get your hair colored here. I told my stylist that I wanted bold fire engine red color. I showed her a picture. The final color was much darker than what I had shown her. It was more of a maroon than bright red. She tried to say it was just the lighting that made it look darker and that all internet pictures are photoshopped anyway. I was really upset and didnt know what to do. I didnt feel like I had a choice and I regret paying for a color I dont really like.

Went in to the Studio last night for the first time and had the pleasure of working with Lacey. After a bad experience at another salon, I took a chance. Let me just say OMG, Lacey rocks!!!!!! She just gained a forever client. I am a big all natural product user and Lacey showed me a line they carry that is all natural for your hair, I am hooked. I left there feeling like a million bucks.......

Kynda is amazing. My entire family goes to her and we all come out looking fabulous.

I give them a minus, for not answering their phones, using text only for appts, mail boxes, voice mails not checked regularly, not customer friendly...I did get a response one time, but since then...the way they have chosen to NOT inneract w customers, makes me choose to go elsewhere.
