Another great visit to the dentist (how many people say that?). Ive using Bay Area Dental for over 20 years and have always received excellent care and professional service from the entire staff. This last visit was no exception. Megan was great.

Just changed dentists after 30 years!! So far, so good. The staff is efficient. Dental work seems great. I have had a crown and am scheduled to have two fillings next week. No one is allowed in waiting room. Call when you arrive and they let you in.

Cleanliness is next to godliness. The first thing you notice is the office and work area is spotless. The employees are very welcoming. In addition, my dentist was very knowledgeable and explained what she was doing. I am glad I made the switch.

The professionalism and friendliness at Bay Area Dental Clinic is outstanding. I have been seeing them for over 10 years. Every visit is like visiting friends. I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Kujala and her staff. I highly recommend.

I just moved to MD and this dental office has been such a great experience. I’m usually fairly nervous in dental offices but the staff at Bay Area is very kind and friendly. I went in for the first time and I was very impressed with the facility, it’s not only nice but very clean and welcoming. The dentist has a wonderful attitude and is very kind. She didn’t scold me for the condition of my teeth, (like other dentists do) but instead encouraged me with telling me what I was doing right and how to improve. I’m so glad I decided to attend Bay Area, I definitely recommend! Thank You!

Great staff but poor signage about stay in your car till calledthe signs about stay in your car are at the top of the entry ramp, with such small type that so naturally Im standing on the ramp by the sign to read the sign that says go back to the car...Suggestion : a bigger sign please, one that is visible from the cars ... or at the base of the entry ramp...even a type of sign from a restaurant wait here ... vs those ones placed where you dont want me to stand.Well.. what great comedian would say to me ... Dan... Heeeeres your sign! :-)

Painless process of having to wait in care due to covid THERES no in door waiting area. They got me in and out very fast even made me comfortable during the 2 minute wait for the dr to come in. The young lady taking my X-ray moved very quick as well. New to the area and love this dental office already

Great experience with my cleaning yesterday - the dental hygienist, Nancy, was very kind and informative. I’ve never had a hygienist explain to me in such depth and knowledge about my teeth/preventative measures. Dr. Kujala was also very easy to talk to and informative.

Also, I have learned a great deal about my mouth...they explain the x-rays and other data collected, and take the time to help me understand the whats and whys of dental health. I have been going to Bay Area Dental for a number of years. Everyone there is very professional and caring as well as excellent with whatever denta medical needs you have. I would recommend that anyone take advantage of their skills.I am adding my last 2 recent visits to this review. One was an emergency with a broken tooth. Dr Kujala dropped time at home with her family to come back to the office to fix my emergency after hours! I was very grateful that she would help me so that I didnt have to wait until after a long weekend. A few days later I went for a previously scheduled regular appointment.Dr. Kujula presented me with several permanent options for me to choose from. An emergency became a calm choice for me!

Cancelled an appointment due to rain, after scheduling 1 month in advance due to dental issues. Rescheduled and that one was cancelled as well.Maybe the service is good, I wont ever know because they cant manage to keep an appointment.
