The counselor and I have a great connection and that’s a first for me. They are extremely busy and the front office staff need replaced however, the actual counseling is great. I will not call the office and deal with the receptionist anymore though. A place like this should have compassionate people working throughout the building. Remember the reception is always the first impression of who you are! Please work on this!

The people are nice and they try to get u what u need. I have been a patient for 2yrs and I dont plan on stopping my care I get from them for a long time. And the front office lady is nice.

Lifeline has changed my life, whereas 2 yrs ago I had no hope at all and did not think I could change. Today I have hope and am pursuing my career in helping others and to show them by guiding them down their journey.

If I could score a negative star on this agency I would for the substance abuse program. As for the mental health counseling I would definitely score more of like a four. I attended the 6-month inpatient and was sent home after a month-and-a-half and forced to take my baby in Uber with no car seat cuz they wouldnt lend me a car seat so that says anything about their care level. Lets not forget that they dropped me off at the station half an hour before it opened up me and my baby to stand outside and wait for the train.

The people at lifeline are sincere and courteous about our situations that we are in and helping us to get through the situations and live our life for the fullest that we can thanks to all at lifeline connections

Lifeline has been so helpful in helping me with my recovery. The MAT program has really changed my life in the best of ways.

Trying to get help with any documents from these people is basically impossible. It can take months of fighting them to get help, if you ever do. Go somewhere else.

The receptionist is so rude I have quit going here. She is just terrible, her attitude is awful. It’s like she could care less about anyone but herself.

Cancel appointments..dont call and tell you. Dont return calls. Receptionist is rude. Just dont have it together at this place
