Absolutely the best place to get hearing aids! The Dr. is thorough and very attentive. He is knowledgeable and patient. We have never had a health provider that was this good. In addition, his staff is top notch!

The staff and Dr. Hart was very friendly and helpful! I felt that my evaluation and hearing test were very thorough! Was nice that my first test and evaluation were free. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing very welcoming, nice, warm and amazing people as well. I got my new hearing aid from there because I trusted them and had went to them a few time before. Dr. told me what the best hearing aid and what my insurance cover and what to expect and more. Hearing aid come in fast and I love love love love the hearing aid product. Also he always tell you what to expect and any question he always make sure you know everything and anything and very very patience person. I had trouble getting Google to write a review, so I am using my wifes account.I returned to Apex Audiology, Dr. Bill DeHaan, I II..I came back from my previous visit for hearing check and determined I needed hearing aids. We ordered them and picked them up on Friday at noon. Wore them until 9 that night and woke up at 6:3 and put them back on. The doctor was extremely meticulous in his care for my needs. We will never see anyone else. We recommend him for anyone who even thinks they need help in hearing. I love my new Opticon aids, very comfortable and easy to take off and put on.Thanks to Florida and the Doctor!

Why didnt I do this sooner? I have genetic hearing loss and needed hearing aides for probably 30 years! When I finally decided it was time, I went to Apex Audiology and wow - what a difference. I can finally hear and the staff worked diligently with my insurance company to make sure I got the best deal. Im always treated well and I highly recommend them! Do not wait like I did. After a very good hearing evaluation, Bill went through my hearing aid options. I have been wearing aids for about 4 years and I needed to replace my old set. After talking about my choices for about an hour, I decided to go with the top of the line model. It was hard for me to pay that much for hearing aids. But, Bill was not a high pressure salesman. He explained to me thoroughly what each level of aid would and would not do for me. So based on the info I went with the top model. And I have to admit I am very happy with my decision. He programmed them to exactly what I needed the first time. I couldnt believe how well they worked and how good music sounded again. I would give apex audiology in Pueblo a 5+ rating for service and professionalism. He accomplished in one visit what my prior provider tried multiple times to do. But in all fairness, purchasing a much better hearing aid made a huge difference also.

Im very happy with their service

My wife and I were hiking Colorado in mid September when one of my hearing aids separated, leaving a part in the ear. Bill DeHaan in the Canon City office graciously removed the part from my ear, reinstalled the cone and reinstalled the hearing aid in my ear--all before actually opening the office that day. Bill gets a 5 star review from me for his efforts.

Went to get wifes hearing aid repaired. They were able to take care of it in a short amount of time. Still under warranty so no cots to us. First time there and were happy with the service.

I went in for a quick hearing test. Dr. Bill was very professional and courteous and performed a hearing test in their sound proof testing room. He went over my complimentary results and showed me the difference in hearing of each ear over different frequencies. I didnt need further testing, but I wouldnt hesitate to go back if that changes in the future.

I was referred to Dr. Herholtz by the House Ear Clinic when I moved here 13 years ago and have not been disappointed. Not only is he an excellent audiologist, hes professional, kind and so knowledgeable about hearing loss and hearing aids. He really cares about people and finding the right fit for your needs. He always takes time to answer my questions and walk me through anything hearing related that I might be struggling with. His staff is pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Herholtz!

Dr. Herholtz is very patient, kind and understanding. My father came to him to get his first set of hearing aids back in January and couldnt be happier with the instruments as well as the high level of professional service he received from the Doctor. Will DEFFINITLY send anyone I can to him!
